As part of our betteries Research & Technology roadmap, we are excited to announce a new collaboration with the Artificial Intelligence and Sustainability Research Group at the Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI) Potsdam. Together, we are launching a Ph.D. Student in Machine Learning, supported by betteries Head of Research & Technology, Dr. Nuria Gonzalez-Garcia, and world-class AI researcher Prof. Dr. Ralf Herbrich, who is leading the AI and Sustainability Research Group at the HPI.
With this position, we are focusing even more on state-of-the-art research topics in the field of Battery Modeling through the development and application of AI methods that go beyond state-of-the-art battery aging simulation tools.
